The Parkway Room is the largest venue at the 1900 Building.  It can be configured for performances, banquets, conferences, lectures, receptions, exhibitions, dances, etc.  The room has high ceilings, full height glass and doors that open to the adjacent Courtyard.   With excellent acoustics, the room can be ‘tuned’ according to the performances or events.  Room lighting is zoned and dimmable.   The Parkway Room has a fully integrated audio/video system, including drop-down projector and screen, as well as cameras and microphones to record and broadcast performances and events.  Use of the 1900 Building's Fabbrini Hamburg Steinway concert grand piano is available upon special request.  Chairs and tables, round, rectangular and hi-top, are available on-site.

The Fountain Room has full height glass for beautiful views of the Courtyard and fountain.  The room can be used for receptions, meetings, exhibitions, display or dining. With a direct acess to the Courtyard (and the Courtyard tent when in place), the room has a beautiful indoor/outdoor feel.  Large moveable walnut walls can transform the space into a separate venue or can be opened to the 1st floor lobby for a larger space.  Chairs and tables, round, rectangular and hi-top, are available on-site.

The Roof Terrace offers spectacular views of Sunset Hill, Mission Hills and the neighboring golf courses.  The Roof Terrace is excellent for small ‘VIP’ receptions, meet-the-artists or other special functions.  The Roof Terrace can be used in conjunction with the Parkway Room, Rose Hall and Fountain Room.   A sound system is in place that integrates with the other venues in the building.  Patio and café furniture is in place.

The 1900 Building Courtyard is iconic.  Framed with gorgeous ‘tulip’ columns, the Courtyard has a two level patio with a beautiful fountain and lush landscaping.   A special 30’X 40’ tent is available for use in all seasons.  The tulip lighting can be both dimmed and is color changeable.  The Courtyard can be used in conjunction with the Parkway Room, Rose Hall and Fountain Room.  A sound system is in place that integrates with the other venues in the building.  Patio furniture is in place.

Modern Culinary is the newest addition to 1900 Building and serves as both a commercial kitchen and experiential event space. Designed with demonstration and education in mind, this beautiful venue features state-of-the-art AV, high-end kitchen equipment, gorgeous Spanish tile, and reclaimed teakwood tile. Modern Culinary is perfect for tastings, food-centric events, private dinners and more. It can be used as a stand-alone venue, as an extension of The Restaurant at 1900, and also in conjunction with the Parkway Room, Rose Hall and Fountain Room.
