Modern Culinary is the newest addition to 1900 Building and serves as both a commercial kitchen and experiential event space. Designed with demonstration and education in mind, this beautiful venue features state-of-the-art AV, high-end kitchen equipment, gorgeous Spanish tile, and reclaimed teakwood tile. Modern Culinary is perfect for tastings, food-centric events, private dinners and more. It can be used as a stand-alone venue, as an extension of The Restaurant at 1900, and also in conjunction with the Parkway Room, Rose Hall and Fountain Room.
