The Restaurant at 1900 has come into possession of a couple of bottles of Domaine de la Romanée Conti Romanée St Vivant 2016, a wine and a vintage that represent the finest (and the most relentlessly expensive) of modern Burgundy. We thought it reasonable to crack one open for our Burgundy loving customers. It will require that eighteen enthusiasts commit to the dinner/tasting in order to pull that cork. But we think we have a pretty good idea for a dinner. Care to join us?
