Born in Halifax, Nova Scotia into a music loving family, Chris Norman's influential work for the past 30 years as performer, composer, recording artist and teacher has won him worldwide recognition. His flute playing has appeared on more than 40 recordings and can be heard featured on the Oscar winning soundtrack of Titanic and other Hollywood films including, Soldier, and the Stone of Destiny. Chris is founder and artistic director of the Boxwood Festivals and Workshops taking place in Canada, New Zealand, Europe, and Asia which have inspired thousands of musicians of all ages.

David Greenberg is well known as a Baroque violinist and Cape Breton style fiddler. For over two decades he has specialized in the 18th-century Scots fiddle style, a genre that weaves together the art music of the Baroque and the folk music of the Highland Scots. He recorded three groundbreaking CDs in this style in the 1990s with his ensemble Puirt A Baroque. His playing appears on more than 70 recordings, including over 40 with the Tafelmusik Baroque Orchestra. David co-authored The DunGreen Collection, an influential treatise on Cape Breton fiddling. He regularly performs with Chris Norman, Les Musiciens de Saint-Julien (France), and Concerto Caledonia (Scotland).
